This is a descriptive study with the purpose to obtain, organize and evaluate data as the basis for decisions concerning a curriculum model judge to be most appropriate for the continuing education of SDA ministers in the CVUM. It sought to discover the ministers attitudes concerning the ministerial training they have already attained and their needs and aspiration for continuing education related to preferred subject matter, preferred learning situations, and motivational and deterrent factors that influence them toward continuing education.
